special alloy gripper

  • 7 gripper bars made from cutting-edge Group technology adopt the unique design of large motion angle eccentric worm gear drive system, run smoothly, and allow minimum number and size of nicks at maximum production speed.

  • The safety gripper chain lock will lock the driving chain automatically when the machine stops. It can prevent the gripper bars from running even during electrical default, ensuring operator safety.

AUTOMATIC PILE TRANSFER SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)

  • Can achieve the automatic feeding, automatic empty, pallet evacuation, automatic empty pallet introduction, and automatic pile exit at delivery.

  • Convenient for operation, intelligent and efficient in production.

  • Can be connected with an automated system, and integrate with overall control and operation.


FEEDER

  • Three pick up and four forward-suck heads with angle adjustment.

  • Pre-loading device with rail cart and scaled gate.

 STRIPPING SECTION

 DELIVERY SECTION

  • Automatic delivery with non-stop curtain. This curtain moves into the delivery to catch the arriving sheets during the pile exchange.

  • Five section brush brake, each section is individually adjustable.

  • Air blower to press down the sheets.

  • Rear and side joggers with easy position adjustment.

  • Safety device to prevent the steel pile plate from clamping on the foot when it reaches at ground level.
