Feeder section

  • Designated A/C motor with micro-adjustable variable speed controller.

  • Seven individual adjustable feed belts (four of which are suction belts) ensure easy setup and smooth feeding.

  • Motorized knurl rollers guide the belts for smooth and high-speed transport.

SIDE ALIGNMENT SECTION

  • The side-alignment section guarantees smooth feeding between the feeder and the pre-breaking section.


FIRST & SECOND FOLDING SECTION

  • Three-carrier construction.

  • To suit a wide range of regular and irregular boxes, dedicated 4-corner and 6-corner modules.

  • Upper carriers can be pneumatically lifted for different thickness of corrugated board.


GLUING SYSTEM

  • Two sets of conventional lower gluing pots (left and right side) at final folding section.

  • Optional non-contact electronic gluing system.

FINAL FOLD SECTION

  • Special extra-long folding module to ensure paper board has enough space to stretch before folding into shape.

  • Left and right outward folding belts are driven by independent motors with variable speed control for straight folding.


TROMBONE SECTION

  • Upper and lower belts can be moved forward and backward for better adjustments.

  • Equipped with trimming correction device.

  • Paper jam detection device is standard equipment.

DELIVERY SECTION

  • Blanks are jogged into a neat stream before entering the Delivery Section.

  • A pneumatic pressure adjustment system is deployed to facilitate effective pressure adjustment for better bonding of the product.


Feeder Section

  • Two modes on servo feeder:

    1. Continuously variable mechanism mode.

    2. Cynchronous feeder mode.

  • Feeder gate is controlled by two side motors for easy operation.

Alignment Section

  • Products leaving feeder section can be straightened to ensure feeding accuracy; Motorized carriers are adjustable left and right.

  • Upper carrier moves up and down via pneumatic system to accommodate various stock thickness.

First Fold and Second Fold

  • First Fold and Second Fold are ideal for special shaped boxes as well as back folding functions, upgradeable to 4/6 corner back folding system.

Gluing Section

  • Electronic gluing system is a must.

Final Fold Section

  • Left and right carrier belts can be individually adjusted to straighten stocks.

  • Pressure wheels to ensure accurate folding of boxes.

Trombone Section

  • Adjustable side bars on upper & lower carriers motorized for front & back movement.

  • Jam-detection system.

  • Cylinder-type stopper with photocells to reduce fish tailing.

Delivery Section

  • Double positioning design, stopper/presser reduce fish tailing.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSTALLATION AND TRAINING

Equipment installation and operator training will be conducted by the Seller's technicians for a period not exceeding eleven (11) calendar days, 8 hours per day.  The Seller will cover the wages, hotel accommodation, and return airfare for the technicians during the installation period. Additionally, the Seller will be responsible for transporting the Equipment either to the Buyer's plant or rigger’s warehouse.  However, the Buyer will be accountable for other costs associated with installation, including rigging, site preparation, electrical connection to the Equipment, insurance premium for moving and rigging, and any additional expenses required for access to the premises.

The Seller will provide the Buyer with necessary information for installation preparation, such as the foundation floor plan, power consumption and specifications, and required installation facilities. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the site and electrical power supply are ready for installation and Equipment operation well in advance. The Buyer should also provide the materials for die-cutting make ready, Equipment test running, and operation training at their own expense. In the event that these materials are not available at the time of installation, resulting in an extended stay for the Seller's technician, the Buyer will be responsible for covering the wages, hotel accommodation, meals, penalty of air ticket, and other related expenses incurred due to the extended stay. Training will begin right after installation, and this could include evenings and weekends.

WARRANTY

The Seller warrants that the Equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used properly and in accordance with the provided directions for a period of 12 months starting from either the 15th day of arrival at the destination or the date of arrival at the end users premises, whichever comes first.  In case of a breach of warranty, the Seller’s remedy will be limited to the replacement of defective parts (mechanical and electrical), repair, and related labor.  Consequential damages for breach of warranty where the claimed loss is commercial, are excluded. No warranties, beyond those stated in writing, are expressed or implied.

The warranty set forth above is the only warranty provided by the Seller for the specified Equipment in this Contract.  No other warranties, whether statutory, written, oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, will apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY WILL BECOME VOID IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT BY THE BUYER OR IF THE EQUIPMENT IS MOVED, MODIFIED, OR UNDERGOES ANY MAJOR REPAIRS PERFORMED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL WITHOUT THE SELLER’S WRITTEN CONSENT.
