Hemlock Printers Chose Brausse
New Brausse 1050SE Automatic Diecutting and Creasing Machine
Hemlock Printers is the largest commercial printer in western Canada, located in Burnaby, BC. A major contributor to their success has been to consistently focus on integrated solutions to their customers. The majority of work that Hemlock delivers is produced in-house, with a pressroom supported by a fully equipped bindery. To further support this solution, Hemlock recently installed a state of the art Brausse 40” 1050SE Automatic Diecutting and Creasing Machine with Stripping Station. This exemplifies a significant change in mindset within the commercial print industry and a growing belief that in order to create exceptional value you must streamline your production environment.
For many years a portion of Hemlock’s die cutting requirements were subcontracted. To gain a stronger control of quality, consistency and to shorten delivery commitments, Hemlock decided to augment their in-house manufacturing capabilities and set out to source and secure a high quality, die cutting machine, capable of strengthening relationships with their valued customers.
After scrutinizing all the market had to offer in die cutting machines, Hemlock chose to partner with the Brausse Group www.brausse.com. With a top speed of 7,500 per hour, fast change over and full stripping including gripper waste, the Brausse 1050SE Diecutter will allow Hemlock to satisfy the most demanding requirements that their customers expect.
